1. Seller
The website www.plumplumcreations.com is operated by Plum Plum Creations of Arianna Sautariello, Sestiere Cannaregio 2681, 30121 Venice (Italy), VAT no. 04351720273, tel. +39 041 4765404, email info@plumplumcreations.com (“Plum Plum Creations”). These terms govern the distance sale of products offered on the site and apply to consumers and, where compatible, to any other buyer.
2. Products and availability
The site offers original prints (etchings and linocuts), watercolors, reproductions, postcards and bookmarks, all handmade. Because they are handcrafted, often unique or limited-edition, there may be slight differences in color, tone and size compared with the images on the site, also due to screen settings: these variations are characteristics of the product, not defects. If a product turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will let you know and refund everything you paid.
3. Prices
Prices are in euros. Shipping costs are shown in the cart and in the order summary before you confirm. The total price is always displayed before payment.
4. Formation of the contract
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. You will immediately receive an email acknowledging receipt of the order; the contract is concluded when, once payment is confirmed, Plum Plum Creations sends you the order confirmation summarizing products, price, shipping costs and terms. Before submitting, you must confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and the Privacy Policy.
5. Payment
Payment is made through PayPal, including by credit card. Payment data is handled directly by PayPal and is not accessible to Plum Plum Creations.
6. Shipping and delivery
We normally ship within 5 business days of payment confirmation, via Italian Post (or another carrier), to the address you provide when ordering. Together with the goods you will receive [an invoice / a receipt]. Estimated delivery times from dispatch: Italy 5-6 business days; European Union 7-9; outside the EU 10-15. These are estimates, not binding deadlines. You will receive an email with a tracking code when your order ships.
United States: we currently do not ship to the United States.
Non-EU countries: any duties, taxes and customs charges are the recipient’s responsibility.
You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you take physical possession of the goods. On delivery, please check the packaging and the artwork: if it was damaged in transit, report it in writing within 48 hours at info@plumplumcreations.com with photos, so we can open a claim with the carrier. If the carrier causes delays or problems, we will still help you resolve them.
7. Right of withdrawal (consumers only)
You may withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the goods (for multiple items shipped separately, from the last delivery).
How to withdraw: send a clear statement to info@plumplumcreations.com at info@plumplumcreations.com stating your order number (a model withdrawal form is available on request)
Returns: send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal, undamaged, unused, well protected (padded envelope, rigid cardboard, protective wrapping) and, if available, in the original packaging. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and condition of the goods.
Riefund: we will refund all payments received, including the original shipping cost (excluding any extra cost if you chose a delivery option more expensive than our standard one), within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you show proof of dispatch. The refund is made using the same payment method you used.
8. Commissioned works
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (art. 59(1)(c) of the Italian Consumer Code), such as commissioned works or artworks made on your instructions. For these, subject, format, timing and price are agreed in writing before work begins.
9. Garanzia legale di conformità
Ai consumatori si applica la garanzia legale di conformità prevista dagli artt. 128 e seguenti del Codice del Consumo. In caso di difetto di conformità scrivi a info@plumplumcreations.com con una descrizione e delle foto: ti proporremo il rimedio previsto dalla legge (riparazione, sostituzione, riduzione del prezzo o risoluzione del contratto).
10. Intellectual property
Artworks, images, texts and graphics on the site are protected by copyright and remain the property of Plum Plum Creations. Buying an artwork does not transfer reproduction or commercial-use rights. No reproduction is allowed without written permission.
11. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Legislative Decree 196/2003, as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Legge applicabile e foro competente
Il contratto è regolato dalla legge italiana, ferme le norme inderogabili a tutela del consumatore previste dal paese in cui risiede. Per le controversie con i consumatori il foro competente è, in via inderogabile, quello del luogo di residenza o domicilio del consumatore (art. 66-bis Codice del Consumo). Per gli acquirenti non consumatori è competente in via esclusiva il Foro di Venezia.
