Description

Shells is an etching based on a drawing I made from life- I took these shells on the beach in Lido di Venezia.

The shells are 2 Bolinus Brandaris (common murex), a Aporrhais Pespelecani (pelican’s foot) and a Chlamys Glabra (white scallop shell)

Technique: aquaforte etching on a zinc plate

Printed with chalcographic ink on rosaspina paper.
