Description
Fondamenta della Misericordiaย (foundation of the Misericordia) is a โstreetโ in Venice, in Cannaregio district, near the Scuola Grande della Misericordia.ย It runs parallel to the Rio de la Misericordia, one of the main canals of Cannaregio.

The chalcography was then coloured by hand using the watercolor technique. The abbreviation P.d.A. at the bottom left, instead of the serial number, means โartistโs proofโ (P.d.A. โProva dโArtistaโ).
